Ms. Arzoo Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and a researcher in the field of Management. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from AKTU and holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow. With over 6 years of teaching experience, she is a dedicated educator committed to shaping future business leaders. She has qualified the UGC-NET in Management three times and published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals, with active participation in National and International academic forums. Her research and teaching interests span entrepreneurial finance, behavioural finance, financial management, and financial literacy. She also serves as a Program Officer with the National Service Scheme (NSS), engaging students in community development and social outreach initiatives.
