Bhagirath V. Shanbhag has end-to-end HR hands on experience in different industry sectors including Engineering, Automobile and Media for over two decades. He did extensive work on Training & Development, Initiatives, and Innovative Interventions in Balanced Scorecard Applications in aligning HR Strategy with Business Strategy. He is currently pursuing Doctoral Research on Employee Engagement, in the Field of Real Estate and is focusing on Organizational Capability Building.
