Dr. Anjan Mishra is presently Registrar of Haldia Institute of Technology, a self-financed largest and oldest Engineering Institute in West Bengal. He did his B.Sc. (Agriculture) and M.Sc. (Agriculture) from C.S. Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur and MBA (HR) from Manav Bharti University. He has been awarded Ph.D. degree in Agriculture from OPJS University, Rajasthan. His area of research was Improvement of Ber (Zizyphus Mauritiana Lamk) Quality and Productivity using Growth Regulators. He started his career in the year 1991 from Hindustan Lever Limited as Marketing Officer. In the year 1995, he joined Duncan Goenka Group Company as Deputy Manager (Administration). In the year 2002, he attached with Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia. He is having more than 27 years of experience in Industry and Academic Institution. Dr. Mishra has contributed 25 research papers in National and International journals of repute. He has also registered 4 of patents in India. He has participated in various seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. in different places of India. He is one of the most popular administrators amongst undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is also popular amongst his colleagues, friends, guardians and students for his sincerity, simplicity and dedication.
