Dr. Arunangshu Giri is presently serving as HOD and Associate Professor in the School of Management and Social Science, Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal. He was awarded Ph.D. degree in Management by IIT-ISM, Dhanbad. He has postgraduate teaching experience of more than thirteen years. His areas of specializations are Marketing, Marketing Research, Research Methodology and Analytics. He has authored several research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals including Scopus indexed and ABDC category. Also, he has authored 7 books in the field of Management and Social Science. He also received Best Business Academic of the Year Award 2016 (Gold Medal) at the 69th All India Commerce Conference, organized by Lucknow University, Lucknow on 13 November, 2016. Now, he is associated with many research and consultancy projects. He is guiding Ph.D. scholars related with the field of Marketing and HR under MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology).
