Dr. Bhanu Saxena is an Associate Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University, Mumbai. He holds a Ph.D. in Labour Law along with the degree of LL.M., LL.B., MBA (FT) and B.Com., and has over 19 years of teaching experience and 4 years of advocacy practice.
His practical exposure as an advocate has developed his expertise in Moot Court, Judgement Writing, Drafting, and Pleadings, along with conducting law-based practical exercises and competitions. He is also a Ph.D. research guide and has actively published and presented research at National and International forums. He has been a Research Fellow at ICSSR, New Delhi.
He has authored several books in Law and Management, including:
