Dr. Chackochan Njavallil M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at Marian College Kuttikkanam-an aided NAAC Accredited A Grade College, recognized by the UGC as a College with Potential for Excellence (www.mariancollege.org). Earlier, he had worked at S. H. College Thevara, Kochi and Christ College (now Christ University) Bangaluru and is having more than two decades of teaching experience. He is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Journalism, a Diploma holder in Theology, and a Certificate holder in TCI from Ruth Cohn International for Theme Centred Interaction. Bassel. Dr. Njavallil has visited several countries, was the convener of national and international seminars, held various leadership positions in different organizations at the state and national level, and has almost three decades of involvement in the youth ministry. He is the author of several books, written 100s of articles in periodicals. Editor of Acumen-Marian Journal of Commerce and Management and the Chief Editor of Kairos-A popular magazine for teens and youth www.Facebook.com/ReadKairos. He was awarded with Teacher Fellowship and Major Research Project by the UGC and is a SEBI Certified Financial Education Resource Person. The Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR) has awarded him with the prestigious Book Publication Grant considering the significant contributions in the area of research. With several years of experience in training and development, Dr. Chackochan is a member of various professional organisations including RCI for TCI, Indian Commerce Association and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
