Dr. Dhananjay Mandlik is the Director of SIBAR, Kondhwa, and Joint Campus Director at Sinhgad Institutes, Pune. A recognised Post-Graduate Teacher and Ph.D. Guide in Marketing and Finance under SPPU, he holds multiple postgraduate degrees and a Business Analytics certification from Harvard Business School. With 28 years of teaching experience, he has guided several Ph.D. scholars and published 60+ research papers along with case studies at reputed institutes including IIM Bangalore. He also holds two patents, has completed UGC and SPPU-sponsored research projects, and serves as BoS Chairman and member of key academic bodies. Dr. Mandlik has authored six books, with more works under publication.
