Dr. Hemant Kashyap is working as an Associate Professor (Business Management) and Head, Training & Placement at Gyan Sagar College of Engineering, Sagar (M.P.) since 2016. He was awarded Ph.D. in 2021 on “QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AMONG THE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL IN MADHYA PRADESH” from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He is having more than 14 years teaching and administrative experience and 5 years of experience in Industry. He specialises in ‘Human Resource Management and Marketing Management’. He has 12 article/research papers published in National and International level journal. He has 5 patents to his credit.
