Dr. Joysa Ruby J. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Acharya & BM Reddy College of Pharmacy, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. She obtained her B.Pharm. degree from Periyar College of Pharmaceutical Sciences for Girls, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, her M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) from Anna University, Tiruchirappalli, and her Ph.D. from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
With over 16 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Joysa Ruby has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical education and research. She has published more than 40 research and review articles in reputed National and International journals. She is a recognised Postgraduate (PG) Guide under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru, and has successfully guided 20 M.Pharm. students.
Dr. Joysa Ruby has authored one textbook in Pharmaceutics and has been the Principal Investigator for two research projects funded by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru. Her research interests include novel drug delivery systems, nanotechnology-based formulations, transdermal drug delivery, controlled drug delivery systems, and pharmaceutical formulation development.
