Dr. Jyoti Sharma With more than 14 years of experience in the field of training, research and teaching Dr. Sharma is presently working as Head and Associate Professor in the School of Business, Faculty of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu & Kashmir (India).  She has completed her Post-Graduation and Ph.D. degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. She has been awarded fellowship by UGC, New Delhi to work as a full-time research fellow for the award of her doctoral degree. She is accomplished researcher and has completed projects sponsored by AICTE and ICSSR, New Delhi. Three research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degree under her supervision. Her area of interest include industrial relations, workaholism, stress management and employees related issues. She has in her credit more than 40 research papers published in various national and international journals of repute. She has conducted many sessions in FTPs/FDPs and MDPs on Research Methods, Organisation Behaviour and Management of Human Resources in various corporate, educational institutes and government officials. She is lifetime member of National HRD Network and Indian Society of Labour Economics.
