Dr. K. Venkatasubramanian is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management and two Doctorates in Management. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and Fellow of the United Writers Association, has over 38 years experience in various organizations and currently is a management consultant, visiting faculty in business schools, and corporate trainer. He has published over 40 papers in national and international seminars in Bangkok, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Japan, etc. He has been awarded Lifetime achievement award of Bharti Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research and has been felicitated with the award `International speakers 2009 - For outstanding contribution to Human Resources Development worldwide and HR excellence award 2009 from Rapport Bangladesh Ltd., Dhaka, He can be contacted at [email protected]
