Dr. M. Shankara is a graduate in B.A., M.B.A., M.S.W., LL.B., PGDPMIR, PGDCA., Ph.D. (Mar.-gement) and Ph.D. (Social Work). A distinguished student of Professional Social Work and Management and was a good study leader. He has a distinction of having two PhDs, one in Management and the other in Social Work. He is also known for his academic excellence having presented research papers at State, National and International level in the key areas of Management, entrepreneurship and small scale industries development. Man/ of his articles have been published in the reputed journals of national reputation. He has also published few books in the areas of Management and has chaired 2 National Conferences. Presently, he is General Manager in Karnataka State Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd.
