Dr. B. Madhavi, Assistant Professor at Nizam College, Osmania University, holds MBA, NET, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Hyderabad. With 20 years of experience, she leads the Department of Business Management. Dr. Madhavi has chaired roles like Coordinator of Literary and Cultural Club, Member of NAAC Core Committee, and Energy Conservation Club. She founded Diploma in HRM Principles, contributed to Election Commission's SVEEP project, and organised International Conference on Digital Economy. Her publications and awards focus on Retailing, Sustainable HRD practices, ESG, Rural Branding, Women Financial Literacy. A lifetime member of ISTD, she is certified in HR Analytics, Creative Thinking, and Knowledge Management.
