Dr. Manisha Dubey Shukla holds B.Sc., MHRM & IR, UGC-NET and Ph.D. degree. She has worked at Sherwood College of Management, Lucknow (2004-2007, Lecturer); IBS, Lucknow (2008-2009, Senior Lecturer) and Bharati Vidyapeeth`s Institute of Management and Information Technology, Nevi Mumbai (2009-till date as Associate Professor). She has many research papers published in referred national and international journals. She has been conducting conferences and workshops in area of management and research. Her interest area includes Organizational Culture, Cross-cultural Issues and Knowledge Management. She is also member of editorial and review board of few journals. She is also Co-Editor of the BVIMSR`s Journal of Management Research. She is a member of various professional bodies.
