Mrinalini Pandey, a Ph.D. in Management has a decade long teaching and research experience. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, ISM, Dhanbad. A member of leading professional bodies of management journals and presented papers in international and national conferences in India and Abroad. She is the recipient of the Prof. Sourya Patnaik Memorial Best Paper Award for her work on Celebrity Endorsements. She has authored two books titles "Strategic Human Resource Development" and "Wake up Dear Consumer".
