Recently, She has also involved herself as an Indepentdent Management consultant, Ecpecially in the areas of personality & Potential Assessment, Aptitude Testing and career planning. Specially trained as trainer by the Thames Valley Univesity, Slough, UK (in association with the Department of Personal & Training, Government Of India) Dr. (Mrs.) Raj has independently designed and conducted numerous training programmes for executives, specially in the field of Stress Management, Time Management, Conflict Handling, Interpersonal Relationship, Transactional Analysis & Communication, Assertiveness Training, Self-Analysis and Development, etc. Dr.(Mrs) Raj Is also an Associate Members of All India Management Association (AIMA) and has contributed widely to manegement literature.
