Dr. N. Kubendran did his Doctoral Degree at Annamalai University in 2011 and M.Phil. Degree from Pondicherry Central University in 2005. The author is a best performer in MA Applied Economics and received “All India Economic Conference Prize” from Annamalai University for his Excellency. Dr. Kubendran is currently working as Assistant Professor of Economics at Pondicherry University (A Central University) and engaging academic responsibilities with PG and Ph.D. scholars in Economics.
Prior to Pondicherry University, the author worked with several reputed institutes in India like BITS-PILANI, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Alliance University, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Presidency Group of Institutions etc. Dr. Kubendran has published four books and thirty research articles in a recognised reputed National and International Journals.
Nearly two decades of teaching experience, the author is enjoying almost all the branches of Economics with the students in Masters in Economics, Engineering, Management, Commerce and Law using all forms of innovative teaching methods. His area of research mainly addressed the issues in Macroeconomics, International Trade Theories and Policies, Balance of Payments and related government policies in India. Due to his love and affection with Economics, he never failed to taste the core economic theories and concepts which is reflected in the form of high quality research papers. He has also qualified the National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Economics (UGC-NET).
