Dr. PKS Menon was the Senior Faculty Deshmukh Institute of Management, Technology and Research, DNC Nagpur for a period of ten years. He is also a recognised Ph. D. Supervisor of RST Nagpur University for the faculty of Commerce. Prior to his academic career as a professor of HRM and OB, he was serving in the Indian Air Force as a Squadron Leader in Personnel and Administrative Branch for more than two decades.
