Dr. R. Saravanan, MBA., Ph.D., FDP (IIM-A), Director, School of Management, Sri Krishna College of Technology., He is an alumnus of IIM-A. He has about 2 decades of experience as an academician and a practitioner. He is engaged in a broad spectrum of various research and consultancy services. He has rich experience in conducting workshops and academic administration. He is a member of board of studies in many universities and autonomous institutions. He has earned his academic excellence with a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. He has published several research articles in reputed Journals and Conferences. He has authored five books on Management. He has designed and organized many FDPs for the development of faculty members and initiated many innovative forums, for comprehensive development of student. He is on the editorial board of many international and national journals. Apart from teaching, he has rich and diverse experience of providing consulting services in the areas of Urban Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance and Public Finance. His research interests mainly revolve around different interlinked strategic financial issues of business in developing economies. As a professional corporate trainer, he has been conducting corporate training programmes in Finance for over fifteen years and has conducted several programmes.
