Dr. Ratnakar Mishra, M.A., Dip., HRD, MBA, Ph.D. has over 13 years of organizational and academic experience to his credit. He has varied interests in Human Rights, Industrial displacements as well as core HR areas. He has been a resource person for leadership and SPSS on many platforms. His first book on `Industrial Displacements and Human Rights`, is widely accepted by researchers and listed in all leading online book sellers. He has many journal publications to his credit. Dr. Mishra is associated actively with NIPM, ISTD, AIMA, and MTC-Global where he serves its working committee member. Currently, he is working as `Associate Professor` in HR in `National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur`, Odisha.
