Dr. Rebecca L.P. Lalnunhlui is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at the Higher and Technical Institute, Mizoram (HATIM). She is actively involved in teaching, research, and community engagement, with academic interests in mental health, community development, social capital, rural leadership, and community resilience. Her research explores the relationship between social structures, community participation, and well-being, with particular emphasis on the experiences of communities in Mizoram.
