Dr. S. Kanthimathinathan, B.Com., M.Com., MBA (Finance), M.Phil. (Commerce), M.Phil. (Management), Ph.D. (Management) worked as Chief Finance Manager in ITI Ltd. a premier Public Sector Company. He started his career in the year 1984 as Probationary officer in a Bank and after completion of 6 years in August 1990 joined Finance Department of ITI Ltd. and he has taken premature retirement in July 2017 after completion of 27 years of service. He has worked in banking and finance domain for more than 3 decades, and has worked in all areas of finance department at various levels of capacity. He has been associated in teaching while he was in industry as a part time faculty. He joined in full time teaching profession from August 2017 in addition to this, he has a part time teaching experience of more than 10 years during his service in industry.

He has got many awards and recognition during his service from PSU from top management for his contribution on exemplary services rendered. He has worked in, some of the premier educational institution in Bangalore such as Jain University, Garden City University, Indian Academy Degree College (Autonomous) and presently working as Associate Professor and Programme coordinators for MBA Department in one of the top universities in Bangalore CMR University since from May 2023.

He has served for almost 33 years in different levels and capacities in corporate and rose to the level of management. He was involved in preparation of financial reports of the company while working in there corporate office.

He gained a vast experience and knowledge for more than 3 decades in area of finance and accounts. We hope that his wide experience and knowledge of the finance and accounts will be beneficial to the students and professionals as well.
