Dr. Santosh Rangnekar is a Faculty in the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has presented papers in national and international conferences, and has published his research in number of refered journals. He has also worked in the industry for more than a decade. He has long experience of designing and conducting management development programmes for the executives of business organisations in the country. Currently, he is working on a major project on Knowledge Management, sponsored by Department of Information Technology, Government of India.
