Dr. Sushma Sharma is an Associate Professor and Programme Co-ordinator (MBA) at SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonepat. She holds a Ph.D. in HR (Management) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and has 17 years of experience including corporate. Dr. Sharma has contributed significantly to academia with more than 25 research papers published in various prestigious National and International journals. Her academic pursuits extend beyond publications, as evidenced by her active participation in over 30 conferences and 20 Faculty Development Programmes. Noteworthy among her contributions is a book chapter titled “Innovation in the University 4.0 System based on Smart Technologies,” published in Routledge, Taylor & Francis Group, USA, and has published numerous research papers in journals of repute such as Psychology, Health & Medicine. She is one of the authors of a book named “Research and Publication Ethics” under Sultan Chand and Sons Publishing House.
