Dr. Syed Sagheer Ahmed is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy, Adichunchanagiri University, B. G. Nagara. He has completed his B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. from the same institution where he works. Dr. Sagheer has a decade of teaching and research experience. He has guided 14 postgraduate students. He is guiding 4 PG and 6 Ph.D. Scholars for their research work. As a researcher, he has published more than 60 research and review articles in various journals of National and International repute. He has also published 4 patents and authored 4 books. He has been awarded various Research Awards. He is the Member Secretary of the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee of Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy. He is a member of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association and the Academic Council, Adichunchanagiri University.
