Dr. V.N. Saxena is and M. Sc. (Gold Medal list), Ph.D., Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. He is currently a visiting professor in many Management Institutes. He is a retired General Manager of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and was consultant to Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of United Nations. During his consultancy assignments with FAO, he has trained Bank officials in Tanzania, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He has more than 52 years of training experience of college students, army officers, Bank officers and Corporate Executives. He has conducted many Seminars on `Self development` for Bank and corporate Executives, and teachers. He has published more than 30 papers on various subjects, in National and International Journals. Additionally he is a Yoga Teacher.
