Dr. W.V. Bhave is M.A. (English) from the University of Lucknow, a student of Prof. N.K. Sidhanta. For one year after his M.A. in 1938, he worked as Reader to Dr. (Wrangler) R.P. Paranjapye who was then Vice-Chancellor of Lucknow University. Shri Bhave also studied English rhetoric at the Rt. Hon`ble S. Shriniwas Shastri who was the President of the Servants of India Society, Pune started by late Gopal Krishna Gokhale.
