Dr. Y.S. Vaishampayan, he is a well-known professor in Pune. He has total teaching experience of 23 years till date, out of which eight years were with the Department of Management Sciences, University of Pune, Pune (India). Presently, he is working as Director of Janki Devi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Research, SNDT Womens University, Pune. An approved Ph.D. Guide for Savitribai Phule Pune University and Symbiosis International University. Under his guidance, 8 students have been awarded Doctoral Degree and 6 more are working for their Doctoral Degree. He is a prolific speaker and has given over 100 lectures, conducts sessions for faculty development and has vast experience in academic administration. He also has to his credit over 30 research papers presented in the various national/international seminars. Apart from academics, he has various talents too. He is an expert in Patanjali yoga shastra, expert Tabla player and interested in music, vedas and puranas, and has given demonstrations and lectures in various platforms.
