Dr. Harjot Kaur Dhatt is working as Assistant Professor at Oriental College of Education, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, an Affiliate of University of Mumbai. since 1st August, 2018. Earlier to that, she worked for three years for Gitarattan Institute of Advanced Studies and Training, New Delhi (Affiliate of GGSIP University, Dwaraka, New Delhi). Yet being only 4 years old in the profession, she has six books to her credit. Her area of expertise includes Research Methodology, Statistics and Educational Pshychology. This has resulted in form of eleven research papers, all published in reputed international journals. She has also published thought provoking perspective papers in National journals with ISSN. She also been an active participant in the role of paper presenter in more than 10 National and International Seminars and Conferences. Dr. H. Dhatts philosophy of teaching is if one wants to attain happiness, then he/she need to be a learner at heart throughout his/her life. Only a good learner can question doubts and solve them. That is why learning is the core of her threefold mission as a teacher, which are to: foster learning in its best sense; to spark learner enthusiasm for learning; and to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
