Prof. Inderpreet Bhogal is an experienced academic and industry professional with over 19 years of combined expertise across education, business development, and software management. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER), Bhopal, where he teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Soft Skills, and Organisational Behaviour.
He brings a rich industry background, having worked with leading organisations such as Dell India Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Technologies, and the Jasmine Bela Group, where he held leadership roles in software development and business training.
A Doctoral Researcher in Management, his ongoing research explores Emotional Intelligence and its Impact on Workplace Performance in the Banking Sector. He is also an IIM Rohtak alumnus, having completed an Executive Post Graduate Program in HR Analytics, and holds advanced qualifications in Data Science and Business Intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prof. Bhogal’s scholarly contributions include multiple research publications in reputed journals such as SAGE, GAP GYAN, and ER Publications, focusing on human resource practices, employee well-being, and industrial relations.
