Usha Rani is a visiting professor to Bangalore University and Consultant (HR and Finance) to Quality Technologies Private Limited with 29 (including 6 years industrial) years of teaching experience in various organizations. She received “Bharat Vidya Shiromani, and National Mahila Rattan Gold Medal Awards, from Indian Solidarity Council and awards from Research and Development Association (RDA), Jaipur. She co-authored and published a chapter on “Role of Cost and Management Accountant in India, for Routledge Publishers and article on “Corporate Reputation” published in Asian Journal of Business Ethics, Springer Publishers recently.
