J. Usha Rani

Dr. J. Usha Rani is a visiting professor to Bangalore University and Consultant (HR and Finance) to Quality Technologies Private Limited with 29 (including 6 years industrial) years of teaching experience in various organizations. She received “Bharat Vidya Shiromani, and National Mahila Rattan Gold Medal Awards, from Indian Solidarity Council and awards from Research and Development Association (RDA), Jaipur. She co-authored and published a chapter on “Role of Cost and Management Accountant in India, for Routledge Publishers and article on “Corporate Reputation” published in Asian Journal of Business Ethics, Springer Publishers recently. She authored and presented papers on Corporate Crimes, Micro Regulations on Macro Irregularities of Micro Finance, Mercy Ships, In Quest of Happiness, Public Sector Dynamics, Performance Audit vs. Audit(ors) Performance, Satyam vs. Asatyam, Managing Cultural Diversities, Women Leaders in Organizations and Society, Legal Issues relating to Corporate Governance, Venture Capital, HR Innovations and Change Management, Corporate Governance Laws and Flaws, and Corporate Social Responsibilities in Various International and National Conferences held in India and other countries.
