Dr. K. Mahendran is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Rural Management, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He has a rich teaching and research experience of twenty five years. He is specialized in the area of Food and Agribusiness Management with special expertise in Operations, Supply Chain, Value Chains, Strategic Management, Agribusiness Sector Analysis and Business Economics. He has guided several MBA and doctoral students in the area of Agribusiness Management. He has accomplished twelve externally funded research projects, organised several training programmes, published more than forty research articles and prepared technical bulletins and booklets in the field of Entrepreneurship and Agribusiness for the benefit of stakeholders.
