Dr. Kaustubh Jain, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce and Management, AISECT University, Bhopal has obtained his Master’s degree in management from Osmania University; Hyderabad (A.P.) subsequently obtained Master’s degree in Commerce and Ph.D. from Dr. H.S. Gour Central University, Sagar (M.P.). He is a life member of Indian Accounting Association. He is not only active in teaching but also contributing in research in the area of commerce and management. He has more than five years teaching experience for undergraduate and postgraduate students of different management institutions. He has completed his Ph.D. on his topic entitled “Micro Finance In India: Problems and Prospects”. He possesses specialization in rural banking and principles of management. Dr. Jain is experienced in handling E-accounting for the corporate. He has contributed more than 11 research papers and presented 15 research papers in national seminar and conferences, He has written five text books in co-authorship on different areas of commerce and management. Dr. Jain embodies with wide academic-cum-administrative experience in various committees such as: working in Admission Committee; Syllabus Committee; Cultural Committee; Examination Committee and Hostel Committee. He is also blended with organizational capabilities. His pleasing attitude makes him popular within students; teachers and colleagues. Dr. Jain has been honored for delivering guest lecturers in different Universities of India. Dr. Jain is good human being blends with values and ethics.
