Dr. Madhavi Deshpande is a complete peoples person. She has done Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Talent Management (HR), Masters in Business Administration (HR), PGDMM and M.Com., Cost and Works Accounting. She also has more than 22 years of academic as well as industry experience in training life skills, recruitments and HR initiatives. She has been associated with industry as a consultant - HR. Her special areas of interest are Communications, Workplace Behaviours, and Organizational Development and Life Skills. She is a successful anchor communicator, niche area of expertise in talent management, recruitment and training, leading to business goal. Currently, she is working as Director, School of Commerce and Management, Dr. D.Y. Patil International University.
