Neelam Arora is associated with the teaching profession since the last thirty years, teaching variety of subjects to graduate and post-graduate students. These subjects include Human Resource Management, Export Marketing, Advertising and Organizational Behaviour. She has completed her Ph.D. In the study of Diamond Trade from India, under the guidance of Dr. R.R. Khan from the University of Mumbai. She has presented a number of Research Papers and Research Articles in a number of International and National Conference. Many of these Research Paper and Research Articles have been published in Research Volumes and Research Journals. She has also chaired Technical Sessions in a number of Conferences. Presently, she is working as in-charge Principal of Lala Lajpatrai College, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.
