Prof. K. Mary Amala Shanthi, M.Com, M.Phil, M.B.A., is a competent educationist, a motivator and an efficient administrator in the field of education. She is a specialist in Principles of Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Service Marketing and Human Resource Management. She had served in Jayaraj Annapackiam College, Periyakulam, RVS College of Arts and Science. Sulur, Coimbatore, Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Since 1994 She has been faculty in Commerce and Management at Jyoti Nivas College (Autonomous), Bangalore and had served as the Head of Dept. of Commerce between 2005-2007 and extended her expertise to SCDL. She had obtained proficiency in Bharathnatyam (from Shri. Staguru Sangeeta Samajam - Madurai TVS Group) and won prizes for dance (Classical and Folk), Oratorical Contests, Sports and Games and served as an NSS Officer for 3 years in Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore.
