R. Srinivasan is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur from which he did his post-graduation in PersonnelManagement. He worked at Bhopal Institute of Social Sciences, Bhopal and S.P. University, V.V.Nagar as a professor of management. He shifted to Pune and taught Personnel Management to MBA students at Symboisis Institute of Consultancy at Lovelock and Lewis.
