Prof. Sheetal Aditya, a postgraduate in Business Administration specialized in international Business, pursuing Ph.D. in title “Impact of Education in Smart Cities” and Master in Arts in Education. She is in the teaching field from the past 7 years and spearheading the department of Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) at Tilak Callege of Science and Commerce, Vashi. Her core subjects are Contemporary Issues, Brand Building, Media Planning and Buying, International Marketing, Logistics Management, Legal Ethics and Environment, Public Relation, Sales and Distribution Management. Her first book was on the specialized topic “Introduction to Public Relation” for the second year Bachelors of Mass Media (BMM) Students. She is part of an NGO MicroTech Global Foundation for an Initiation called as “Secured Governance” in which more than 60 and more books on National Growth and Security through smart Cities have been written. She was paper setter for T.Y. BMM Semester V for subject “Media planning and Buying” for academic year 2016-17. She was awarded the “Best Research Paper” at Ramanand Arya D.A.V. College on the title “Blended learning Creating Value Education” –A Tool for Qualitative Teaching and Learning  Process and “Teacher Honorarium” by Lions club of Navi Mumbai on the occasion of Teachers  Day as an excellent contribution towards social cause and welfare through women Development Cell. She was invited twice as a Guest Speaker to talk on the topic “Wearable Technology in Education” and “Digitalization of Education in Classroom- Trends in Education in digital World” at International conclave organized by JJTU University and SPDT Skill Development Centre to address across students from various colleges. She has presented research papers in more than 20 Natioal and International Conferences on various topics of smart Cities, Management, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain, consumer Behaviour, Science and Chemistry. She has spearheaded various committees such as chairman of women Development Cell; organized various workshops under women concern areas of health security, safety and rights, Head of magazine Committee concerned with the total scheduling of events in the college through the magazine “Tilak Jyot” and Head of Cultural committee organized annual fest Anubhav successfully. She believes in the virtue of hard work and perseverance. These are the strongest elements she has and truly follows, an ambient, assiduous, emotional, mature lover, ardent novel reader, loves to among loved ones. These are the few words which describe her. She is good team player and have handed teamwork and leadership responsibilities. Truly believers that it has “It is not the stars which destiny but ourselves.”
