Mr. Shyam Boregowda Ramu, Better known as SBR Gowda is currently functioning with Maharaja Institute of Technology – Mysore, Karnataka, India, as an Associate Professor, Department of Post Graduate Studies in Management Sciences, in the domain of Human Resource Management, Statistics for Management, Quantitative Techniques, Business Research Methods and Management and Entrepreneurship. Mr SBR Gowda is a post Graduate in Master in Business Administration from University of Mysore, and currently submitted his Ph.D. thesis under Visveswariah Technological University under Dr. N.K. Ramachandra Gowda. Before joining Maharaja Institute of Technology, he has served Archidply Industries Ltd.  As a Personnel Officer. He has authored and published several papers in international and national journals with ISSN and national journals with ISSN and ISBN.
