The author Prof. Sneha Soni is working as a full-time Professor of Rizvi Law College, Mumbai. Completed her graduation in Legum Baccalaureus (B.L.S./LL.B.) from M.K.E.S. College of Law and then Masters of Law (LL.M) from NMIMS, Mumbai, in Corporate Law. Currently pursuing Ph.D. During the span of 2014 - Till date, successfully completed various diploma courses of law in Cyber Law, Human Rights, IPR, Forensic Science and many more.

Dedicated towards legal education, Prof. Sneha Soni started her career as a visiting faculty at Shri M.D. Shah Mahila College of Arts and Commerce, Malad. The author has an experience of 8 Years in teaching field. She has conducted various Seminars, Webinars, Moot Courts and delivered Guest Lectures on various topics like Domestic Violence and other Crimes against Women, Inheritance, Marriage and Labour Laws, Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Negotiable Instruments Act, Right to Information Act, Lecture on Indian Contract Act, Lecture on Criminology and Forensic Science and many more in well-known colleges like Pravin Gandhi College of Law, S.N.D.T. and D.T.S.S. College of Law.

Besides, she is also a visiting faculty at S.N.D.T University and D.T.S.S. College of Law, Mumbai, delivering lectures to LL.M. students.
