Mr. Rahul G. Landge is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of the M.Ed. Programme at the Faculty of Education, MIT World Peace University, Pune, with over 15 years of experience in Teacher Education. He holds qualifications in Education and Science, including M.Ed., M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry), B.Ed., and is SET, NET, and JRF qualified. His academic interests include Peace Education, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, Human Rights Education, and Teacher Education. He has worked on a major International research project that led to the development of a Human Rights and Business Communication Skills Curriculum for Secondary Schools in Maharashtra, contributing significantly to value-based and skill-oriented education. His research findings were presented at the Catholic University of America, Washington D.C., USA. He has presented and published over 23 research papers at National and International forums and has received several Best Research Paper Awards for his scholarly contributions. He continues to contribute actively to research, curriculum innovation, and academic leadership in higher education.

Ms. Shaheen Ansari is an accomplished educationist, researcher, and academic administrator with over 15 years of experience in Teacher Education. She currently serves as the Vice-Principal at H.G.M. Azam College of Education, Dr. P. A. Inamdar University, Pune. A Gold Medallist in M.Ed. from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a qualified UGC-NET (JRF) and SET scholar, she has made significant contributions to curriculum development, teacher education, and educational research. She has guided more than 55 postgraduate research scholars. She has presented and published over 15 research papers at National and International forums and has received several Best Research Paper Awards for her scholarly contributions. Her research interests include Peace Education, Inclusive Education, Curriculum Innovation, Educational Technology, and Teacher Development. She is widely recognised for her commitment to fostering value-based, inclusive, and future-ready education.
