The book discusses regulatory framework in India and presents the established legal framework. It covers the legal provisions in India regarding Certifying Authorities, Controller of Certifying Authorities, Cyber Appellate Tribunal, online offences and their punishments, etc.

The entire book is divided into four chapters. To make the reading an intellectually stimulating experience, a summary of the each chapter has been presented at the end of the chapter.
