Guidance and Counselling (Mumbai Univ)

Dr. Sunita Jain is currently the Assistant Professor at MESs Pillai College of Education and Research, Chembur, Mumbai and the Director of Edukidz International School, Daycare and Evening Activities, Chembur, Mumbai. She was previously working with All Saints High School, Kalyan, Mumbai as a middle school teacher. She has been awarded the Doctoral Degree in Arts - Education. The research topic was A Study to Find out the Pereceived Influence of Ecological System on the Value System of Secondary School Students.She has a varied experience of more than 13 years in facilitating learning with school students, teachers and teacher educators. She has presented several research papers in various conferences and seminars conducted both nationally and internationally. She is an active member of Soroptimist International Bombay Chembur who initiates as well as executes projects to empower underprivileged women of the society. Her first book was titled as Values Embedded Life which was based on her doctoral degree.

Dr. Swasti Dhar works as an Assistant Professor with MESs Pillai College of Education & Research, Chembur and has been a teacher-educator since 2010. She has been associated with the course Language across Curriculum since its inclusion in the B.Ed. Curriculum in 2015. With post graduations in Finance and English and a doctoral degree in Education, she is passionate about teacher-training and language learning, and has been associated with teaching papers such as the English Method, Drama and Art in Education, Reading and Reflecting on Texts and Educational Management.
