The book Healthcare Management is based on the need and requirement of students pursuing various degree courses in management. Due to difficulties faced by the students. We decided to write a book having all the relevant topics in a single book. The syllabus is vast and there are diversified topics. So, it was a dream came true when all the topics were summed up.
The book has been organised into fair section. Section one deal with Healthcare and Social development, section two deals with Healthcare System. Section three comprises of Healthcare economics and finance section four deals with the Hospital functions, organisation, classification and components. The book also comprises of relevant cases studies according to the topic of syllabus and also last three years question papers and a model question paper. We do not claim that much of the material in the book represent new or original thinking on our part. The material was developed from various sources and from the works of well-known authorities. References were taken from well known literature, books, journals and websites. Possibly, we have cited the reference at appropriate places. If inadvertently, we could not cite the reference, it is deeply regretted.
