Trupti Shelke is working from last 11 years in management educational industry and holds HOD position and handles four self-financing courses managing strength of 1000-plus students. She is skilled in Higher Education Research, Coaching, Public Speaking and Career Management. She has graduated in Commerce (B.Com.) and Education (B.Ed.) and has done her post graduation in M.Com. and MHRDM as well as holds Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Administration Law. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Management (HR). Additional feather in her cap is various certification courses including Personality Development and Basic Level Counseling. She has written 13 research papers at national and international conferences and has won Best Researcher Award for innovative teaching methods. She has successfully published syllabus-oriented management books at Bachelor level.

Vibhav Galadagekar is currently working in a college in Thane and teaches self-financing course subjects like accountancy, finance and law. He has completed his Masters in Commerce specializing in Advanced Accountancy. He has successfully cleared NET and SET exam in subject of Commerce. He has a Bachelors degree in Management Studies specializing in Finance. He has also completed his Bachelors degree in Law and wants to be a chance of season lawyer. He has undergone a certified course in yoga and uses simple and basic yoga techniques in day-to-day teaching. He is currently pursuing Masters in Arts in Psychology. He is also an Income Tax and Financial Planning consultant. He wants to dedicate his entire career for the betterment of students of all walks of education.
