Dr. Anju Chaplot is presently working as the Assistant Professor at Thakur Shyamnarayan College of Education and Research, Mumbai, Maharahtra. She is M.Com. (Mgt), B.Ed., M.Ed., P.G.D.M.E., NET (Edu.), Ph.D. (Edu.). having sixteen years of experience in the field of education. She has co-authored two books on Educational Psychology. She has participated and presented papers in RIEs, International, National and State level seminars and conferences. She is associated with IGNOU as an Academic Counsellor. She has acted as a Resource person for various online lectures for educational institutions. She has an Educational YouTube Channel named ‘Simple Learning (https://youtube.com/channel/UCRdQgYXmyJhm-UDjc5lrDWQ).

Dr. Ranu Varshney is currently working as a Principal at Swami Vivekananda Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Roopangarh, Ajmer. She is M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.A., M.Ed., M.Phil., Ph.D. (Edu.) having sixteen years of experience. She has published two books on Educational Psychology and Guidance and Counselling. She has participated and presented papers in International, National and State level seminars and conferences. She is associated with JJTU (Jhunjhunu) as Ph.D. Examiner and is a B.Ed. Practical Examiner in M.D.S. University, Ajmer.

Mrs. Ritu Agarwal has seven years experience of teaching as an Assistant Professor at B.Ed. colleges in multiple states (U.P., Maharashtra and Rajasthan). She is a postgraduate in Education and Botany. Currently connected with JJTU (Jhunjhunu). She has conducted interactive seminars, presented papers and attended several National and International seminars. Mrs. Ritu has also been an active volunteer for the welfare of society. She has organized a poster exhibition on Transgender in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. She has taken remedial classes at BALGRAM (Orphanage), New Panvel and helped children with studies after school. She has also taught children of labourers at a nearby construction site in an attempt to get them interested in going to school. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and has trained over 30 candidates.
