Dr. Harbans Lal Kaila, earned Masters degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Doctorate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, is a retired Professor of Organizational Psychology with 39 years of professional experience, published books/articles and participated in national/international conferences. He pioneered BBS training in India, conducted <1000 BBS workshops in India/abroad and is a member expert panel for National Safety Council. He served the Central Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour for 10 years and as a Professor at the SNDT Womens University for 18 years at Mumbai. He is a resource person for organizations such as ITC, SAIL, GAIL, ESSAR, RIL, Colourtex, Everest, Galaxy, Reliance Energy, Ultratech, CFCL, Sandoz, Tata Motors, M&M, BPCL, ONGC, Suzlon, TUV, DNV, Bajaj Auto, Bayer CropScience, STL, Serum, SMC, NPC, GE, IOCL, BHEL, Oil India, Privi, HPCL, HCC, Kalpatru, Torrent, CTEA, Greentech, ICC, Pidilite, Aarti, Volkswagen, Jindal, Sterlite, Vedanta, L&T, RCF, DCM Shriram, Solaris, Agrocel, Piramal, Dorf Ketal, TRL Krosaki, Sembcorp, Uflex, Afcons, AM/NS, Hikal, Sunshield, Gunnebo, Amara-Raja, Hindalco, Ampacet Tata Projects, Toyota, NTPC, Vaaman, Baerlocher, Gharda, CPCL, Godrej, Hirschvogel, Asian Paints, Vasudha, Thyssenkrupp, and conducted more than 100 safety culture surveys for Indian locations. Dr. Kaila represented in Conferences at New York, Berlin, Japan, Kaula Lumpur, Muscat, Rome, New Zealand, London, Egypt, Dubai, Sydney. He is an Editor of the Journal of Psychosocial Research and Director of Forum of Behavioural Safety.

Prof. Dr. S. Ravishankar is a well-known senior HR and Organizational Behaviour specialist. He has worked at senior/top management levels, both in academic institutions and industry. He was senior faculty with College of Applied Science (MOHE), ICT, Oman; Professor at Abu Dhabi University; Al-Kharj University, Saudi Arabia; and Professor & Head of School of Business and Logistics, University of Bolton, UAE Campus. Earlier, he was Director and Professor at B-Schools and Professor at NITIE (Govt. of India), Mumbai. He has also rich experience as Dy. General Manager (HRD) at AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd., and ISPAT Industries Ltd., Maharashtra. He has large number of books and papers published to his credit. He has conducted large number of corporate training programs and is a member of many professional bodies like ISTD, ISTE, IIPA, BPC, etc. He was also honored with various academic awards including the ISTD Fellow for outstanding contributions in the field of HRD.

Dr. Satish Pai is M. A. (Psychology), Ph.D., P. G.D. H. R. D., N. D. (Naturopathy ). He has also to his credit Diplomas in Yoga, Ayurveda & Acupressure besides diplomas in Financial and Marketing Management. He has 26 years experience of about 18 years, he was Dy. General Manager (officiating) and Principal of a leading Banks Staff College for over 7 years. He has trained thousands of officers & staff in 40 different management subjects. He was also Honarary Editor of 3 publications. Dr. Pai has contributed about 50 research papers and articles in many National/Intentional seminars & publications. His papers o "Yoga for stress Management" and "Application of Yoga in Industry" were accepted by Central Research Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Health, Government of India. At present he is Deputy General Manager in BSES Limited & Chief of BSES Management Institute, Mumbai.
