The text titled “Multiple Choice Question in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations” is the outcome of suggestions from the HR students to compile a book which could provide them proper guidance and direction to face the competitive examinations with confidence.
Nowadays, competitive examinations are becoming more and more objective oriented. The multiple choice questions being asked in the competitive examinations are aimed at assessing the degree of knowledge, comprehension, analyzing power and speed of response of examinees.
