Shweta Chand was brought up in various parts of India, coming from an Army background. After graduating in Commerce, she pursued MBA in Human Resources from CMD Modinagar, a subject that has always been her passion. She put her passion to work for a startup`s (Snapdeal.com) Corporate HR, headquartered in New Delhi, which grew on to become nationally recognized as one of the country`s best employers over the next few years. She is currently living with her Husband in New York, exploring different cultures.
