This book which has been written by a senior Administrator who has studied, taught and practiced both Public Administration and Management, Describes briefly the features of New Public and Management in some of the Development countries including the U.K. the U.S.A. and New Zealand (Which is considered to be the most perfect experiment of NPM), and a few other Development countries, with special efforts to explains new concepts like quasi-markets or the different between outputs and outcomes.
